Warranty Coverage Overview:

1- Year Workmanship Warranty (Standard)
Covers installation defects, labor-related issues, improper assembly or application, and work not
performed to industry standards.

2- Year Extended Warranty (Qualified Services)
Applies to concrete work, fence installation, exterior renovations, decks, and patios. Includes
workmanship defects and installation-related failures.

3- Year Premium Warranty (Major Projects)
Applies to large-scale renovations, outdoor living spaces, and structural exterior improvements.
Includes workmanship defects and major performance failures related to our scope of work.

Manufacturer Warranties:

Materials used in your project may include separate manufacturer warranties, which will be
provided when applicable.

Warranty Conditions:

1- Proper maintenance must be performed by the homeowner

2- No unauthorized modifications or repairs

3- Normal wear and tear is not covered

4- Damage caused by weather or misuse is excluded

What Is Not Covered:

1- Acts of nature (storms, flooding, extreme weather)

2- Foundation movement or soil shifting

3- Pre-existing conditions not included in project scope

4- Damage caused by third parties

5- Lack of maintenance

Warranty Claim Process:

2- Provide photos and description

3- Schedule inspection if required
