Our Workmanship Warranty
1-Year Standard Workmanship Warranty
Every qualifying project is backed by our 1-Year Standard Workmanship Warranty, covering installation defects, labor-related issues, improper workmanship, and any work not performed in accordance with recognized industry standards.
2-Year Extended Workmanship Warranty
Available for qualifying projects such as concrete installations, custom fencing, exterior renovations, decks, patios, and similar improvements. This warranty provides extended protection against workmanship defects and installation-related failures resulting from our scope of work.
3-Year Premium Workmanship Warranty
Included with qualifying major renovation projects, outdoor living spaces, and significant structural exterior improvements. This warranty covers workmanship defects and performance-related issues associated with our construction and installation services, providing added confidence in your investment.
10-Year Limited Structural Workmanship Warranty
Available for qualifying custom home construction and select structural projects. This limited warranty covers structural workmanship performed by Armony Homes and reflects our commitment to delivering durable, high-quality construction built to stand the test of time.
Warranty terms vary based on the type and scope of the project. Manufacturer warranties for eligible products and materials are provided separately and remain subject to each manufacturer’s terms and conditions.
Manufacturer Warranties:
Materials used in your project may include separate manufacturer warranties, which will be
provided when applicable.
Warranty Conditions:
1- Proper maintenance must be performed by the homeowner
2- No unauthorized modifications or repairs
3- Normal wear and tear is not covered
4- Damage caused by weather or misuse is excluded
What Is Not Covered:
1- Acts of nature (storms, flooding, extreme weather)
2- Foundation movement or soil shifting
3- Pre-existing conditions not included in project scope
4- Damage caused by third parties
5- Lack of maintenance
Warranty Claim Process:
1- Submit a claim via email
2- Provide photos and description
3- Schedule inspection if required
4- Receive resolution plan within a reasonable timeframe
